  • Auto Lube Technicians are trained to provide efficient and accurate oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance services to our customer vehicles to ensure they are in top condition.

  • Pay Range: $17 per hour and above (based on level and job performance).

  • Schedule: Full Time, 5-day work week, business hours 7:30am-6:00pm, closed on Sundays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil changes and inspect other fluid levels such as transmission, brake, and coolant fluids.

  • Check and replace air filters and fuel filters on a regular basis.

  • Inspect and replace spark plugs, plug wires, distributor caps, and rotors as needed.

  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs such as changing belts, hoses, light bulbs, and transmission filters.

  • Perform tire rotations and tire repairs as needed.

  • Diagnose and repair engine malfunctions.

  • Check vehicle’s power steering, brakes, and suspension systems.

  • Perform brake pad and rotor replacement as needed.

  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on vehicles.

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify any additional needed repairs.

  • Document all services and repairs performed on vehicles.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers

  • Ensure that vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.

  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards.

  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Vocational/Trade Certificate, High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Desired Work Experience: 1 year of direct mechanical repair experience (automotive dealership or similar environment).

Essential Job Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to use hand and air tools.

  • Ability to inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance tasks on various makes and models of vehicles.

  • Ability to properly and accurately document all work performed.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in a safe manner with a team and independently.
