Hendrick Lexus Kansas City, part of the Hendrick Automotive Group, is gearing up to start a new department, and we need someone to help get us going! We are currently seeking a Business Development Center Team Manager to help run our new internal, outbound client customer service department. These individuals will be part of a new initiative to help our dealership drive more customer satisfaction and sales.

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who is self-motivated and can work with determination under little supervision
  • A person who can work individually, but is driven by the success of an entire team
  • Leadership skills that will not only prove to have self-integrity, but be a driving force for this new team
  • Experience in a high-volume, outbound call center environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales and customer service
  • The ability to be engaging, but pleasantly kind via phone and in person
  • Strong computer, phone and clerical experience

What will you do?

  • Schedule sales appointments for customers
  • Log all customer comments into the CRM system
  • Follows up with customers regarding: showroom visits, appointment confirmations, no show appointments, marketing efforts, lease programs and continuous follow up.
  • Follows up with customers through telephone, email and mailings after their visit regarding satisfaction. 
  • Achieve Production Goals Individually and as a Team
  • Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries)
  • Respond to customer chat (online chat inquiries)
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
