Location: Charlotte, North Carolina


Summary:

The Workday Integrations Analyst will manage the design, configuration, implementation and support of existing and new integrations in Workday. This person will work with vendors, teammates and members of management to understand requirements to deliver integration solutions that align with the business need. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between functional and technical teams, allowing for seamless problem-solving and solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop Integration solutions including custom Workday Studio integrations, BIRT, Core Connectors and EIBs
  • Perform ongoing support of integrations and work to keep current and efficient
  • Assist in system testing for feature releases
  • Evaluate Workday functionality that may not be currently utilized
  • Partner closely with existing HRIS team
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
  • Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Workday configuration including: Integrations, Reporting and Security
  • Understand the technical components required to create inbound and outbound integration solutions
  • Understand report development including: Calculated Fields and Condition Rules
  • Understand Workday concepts such as Organizations (Supervisory, Location, Company, Cost Center), Hierarchies, Position Staffing Model, and Business Processes
  • Functional knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, Compensation and Recruiting in Workday
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
