Dealer Trade Clerk - Full Time

Cary Consolidated Accounting Office Location: 222 Gregson Drive, Cary, North Carolina 27511

• Process all Dealer trade Worksheets necessary for transferring units to Related Parties/Other Dealers as well as processing Dealer Trade Worksheets and MCO for incoming units as needed.
• Clean Dealer Trade A/P & A/R schedules (weekly)
• Verify that the MCO's match to incoming/outgoing units
• Ensure the MCO is assigned to the correct Dealership
• Ensure payment is collected for units sold as needed
• Follow up on MCO status if it doesn't come in with unit when transferred
• Issue payment checks for units purchased as needed.
