Customer Service Representative
Spring Forward to Success: Join Our Dynamic Team at Southern Vehicle Accessories, part of the ADI Network at Hendrick Automotive Group (the LARGEST privately-owned automotive dealer group in the nation!).
We are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative at our Southern Vehicle Accessories ADI Center in Baton Rouge, LA.
As a Customer Service Representative your day-to-day includes researching leads, interacting with customers over the phone/internet, building positive relationships, and managing appointments to setup sales and service closers for success.
Schedule:
- Full Time, Business hours (Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:30pm).
Pay Range:
- $40,000 per year and above (based on sales performance).
- Weekly Salary Guarantee.
Responsibilities:
- Provides professional concierge service and sales customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, text, and email.
- Strives to resolve issues between customers and dealership (sales and service)
- Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follows up with customers through telephone and mailings prior to purchase
- Follows up with customers through telephone and mailings after purchase
- Follows up with customers through telephone and mailings after service
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver License
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of direct customer service experience preferred.
Essential Job Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to memorize scripts for sales products and services.
- Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
- Confidence in ability to use technology and multi-task.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
