Inside Sales Representative
Southern Vehicle Accessories is part of the ADI Network at Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Associate at our ADI Center in Baton Rouge, LA!
As an Inside Sales Associate your day-to-day includes researching leads, interacting with customers over the phone/internet, building positive relationships, and managing appointments to setup sales and service closers for success. Top performers possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to showcase our products and services in a compelling way.

Job Responsibilities:
Addresses customer concerns
Strives to resolve issues between customers and dealership (sales and service)
Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
Follows up with customers through telephone and mailings prior to purchase
Follows up with customers through telephone and mailings after purchase
Follows up with customers through telephone and mailings after service
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Driver License
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Essential Job Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Ability to memorize scripts for sales products and services.
Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
Confidence in ability to use technology and multi-task.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
