Pay Range:
$72,000 - $100,000 per year and above (based on sales performance).
Schedule:
Full Time, 5-day work week, morning/afternoon/evening/weekends shifts.
Dealership hours between 9:00am-8:00pm, open Monday-Sunday.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize pricing strategies.
Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand customer base.
Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with dealership staff to create a seamless buying experience for customers.
Utilize software tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
2- 3 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
Essential Job Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of best practices.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
