Automotive Salesperson
Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our Chevrolet sales team in Merriam, KS! Ideal candidates should have knowledge in the automotive retail industry with a Passion for Winning and willingness to continue their training for a successful career.
Schedule:
Full Time, rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.
Dealership hours between 9:00am-8:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet potential customers and introduce them to options based on make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Answer customer questions regarding car features, pricing, financing and warranties.
Provide test drives of vehicles and provide feedback on driving performance.
Develop customer relationships through follow-up and follow-through.
Negotiate vehicle prices and complete paperwork for sales.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer concerns.
Maintain current knowledge of product and dealership promotions.
Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Keep abreast of new trends and industry developments.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Continuously improve sales performance through feedback.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (Chevrolet or similar dealership)
Essential Job Skills:
Leadership skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of best practices.
